Before enabling the same from ssh ,we recommend to enable it via WHM Panel :
Steps :
1.Open WHM : http://yourhost.com:2086/
2.Go to tweak settings
3.In search box ,type ioncube and enable the same .
4.Run easyapache with same config as before and check ioncube loader checkbox .

scripts/phpextensionmgr install IonCubeLoader
